Delicious Cakes

Non-delicious cakes - extremely poor service. This place is owned by a bunch of crooks. We ordered 2 face cakes for my husband's 30th birthday party, and we were given inedible cakes. They were dry and dense. When we called to get a refund, the managers were never available nor did they ever return our MULTIPLE calls. When you pay over 100$ for a cake, you expect good customer service and the decency of the company to assuage a situation when a product is given, not as it was presented. I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service that I have ever received. I hope this business fails. Won't do that again. I was disappointed with the cake we bought for my son's first birthday party. We are giving them a 1 star rating as the cake itself tasted ok but the decorations looked like an amateur did them. Did they have a first year cake decorator make our cake? The cake was missing decorative features that had been agreed upon and did not even have Happy Birthday written on it. For the price the cake cost, I had higher expectations. I should have had Frosted Art make my son's cake. At least then I could justify the price as Frosted Art has proven their cake decorating abilities to me in the past. I had a different party for my son out of state and the cake was 100 times better (taste and decorations) for half the price. I spent $200 for a cake I could have made look better with a few cake decorating classes at Central Market. I will NEVER get a cake from Delicious Cakes again. I will also tell all my friends and family to choose a different baker for their dessert needs.…

Great Service and even better cakes!. You have to go see Allie! Our tasting was fun and laidback. Alllie made it comfortable for my hubby to be which was very nice of her. Our tasting cake was moist, flavorful and beautiful! We are looking forward to our special cake from Delicious Cakes! Job well done!…

New Director of Sales - Excellent Service. I went to several cake tastings for my wedding and found my home. Allie is amazing! She takes her time with you, designs to your budget, has fabulous ideas and the cake is awesome. I have been sending all of my friend there and they are all booking. The cake was affordable, tasted so good and the design was perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks for the experience Delicious Cakes, I'll be back for more!…
