Do NOT order delivery from here!. I live in Carrollton off of Marsh, literally less than 5 minutes from Jasmine. I ordered out from there shortly after my fiance and I moved into our new home and I was miffed by the poor customer service I received when I called, but alas, it was evening, we were exhausted from moving, and there was a Jasmine flier in my apartment's office, so I called back to place my order after first being hung up on by the woman who answered the phone. We received our food about 45 minutes after I called, it was your average American-Chinese food - nothing special about it at all.

Today, however, was the last straw. My fiance called at about ten til two in the afternoon to place an order. We wanted some lo mein, cashew chicken, and some egg rolls. Nothing extravagant or difficult. At about ten after three, our food had not arrived and my fiance was preparing to leave for work with an empty stomach. I called to inquire where our food was, and I was told it would be another 5 minutes, I told the woman on the phone that it was taking too long and to just keep "busy". I reminded him that I live about 5 minutes away and that there is no reason for a delivery to take so long. I told him not to call me back and that we would order elsewhere in the future.

Bottom line: Over hyped, slow delivery, average food - not worth it.

mixed feelings. I heard a lot of good things about this place, so I decided to try it for the first time, the interior and the ambiance was good. However, I was a bit dissapointed by the food that was served to us, the beef has gone bad (I guess it was from yesterday), and the peking duck was cold and dry. They serve burrito wraps with the duck instead of steamed bun. (Not what I expected on a chinese restaurant).

I decided to tip according to the food and the service they provide, but to my surprise they already added the tip to my bill. It was more than I was gonna give and it was more than the standard tip for a resaturant. I think this is outrageous, customers should decide what to tip and not the management.

Theres always room for improvement you guys! But expect me not to go back there!

Jasmines has the best Chinese Food!. Jasmines have wonderful food professionally prepared and served in a wonderful setting! I have eaten all over the world and for a local treat Jasmines is my top pick. I know lots of people are hung up on the poor quality restaurant trends out there like Pei Wei; but if you are really looking for a quality meal at a very fair price then this is the place to go. Thank you Jasmines! Keep up the great work!
