My husband and I were in the search for a Cadillac SRX, European Motors had the best deal around. Before we drove to plano I called to make sure the car was still there. I spoke with Hoyt, he was very kind and not pushy during any point in our conversation. My husband and I arrived with our 2 year old, everyone was so welcoming and made an effort to make her and us feel comfortable. We drove the Cadillac and fell in love, the loan process was quick and simple. Naz guided us through the process and made us feel comfortable and free to ask questions. They are also amazing after the sale! We went back to have a button on the dash replaced, and were greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. She even asked about toddler who did not go that time! I will definetly recomdend European Motors to anyone who will listen!

Amazing experience at European Motors. Ive bought three cars from them! Never a dull moment, as sales manager Sam has such an awesome personality. When i went in for financing, i was greeted by Naz who does the financing. Shes great! We love you Naz!! We also loved the owners sense of humor. All in all these were the best car buying experiences we've ever had...i will never shop elsewhere!

Excellent service!!! The buying experience was made easy without any hassle. Regardless of the request, Naz handled it with a smile! Recently purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper Convertible from Sam at European Motors. We live in Jacksonville, FL and purchased long distance. Sam answered all of our questions and provided additional information during our search. The car arrived with a damaged tire and dings in the windshield which Sam had replaced at no charge. Sam even recommended great financing at the lowest rates I could find. I would recommend European Motors for your next car purchase. Rick

We live in Denver and we bought a 2012 FX35 from European Motors. This was the most pleaseant car buying experience ever. We got a great deal and the car was everything Sam said it was. You should have no worries dealing with this dealership, even at a distance.

Great Experience at European Motors. I am a returning customer at European Motors. I recently purchased a 2004 Lexus RX330. The CD player and auto side view mirrors were not working. I took it back and Mr. Russell took exceptional care to get the gadgets fixed in a very short time and absolutely free of charge! At the service center, Mr. Payam was very helpful, personable and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great customer service and honest people. Thank you European Motors for making me happy again with my car purchase!! Outstanding service. Awesome personnel.

Great Experience..... I buy cars often. I have bought from many dealerships, but I have never recommended a dealership. I recently found an Infiniti FX on cars.com. The vehicle was located European Motors. We went to Plano and drove the vehicle. The FX was everything the write-up had said...wonderful. We traded our car...got a great deal...everything was so easy with these people.... We went back the next week bought a beautiful Mercedes E350. What a great place to buy a car. Our thanks to Russell, Sam, and Hoyt. I highly recommend European Motors!

If you are looking to buy a very nice car. I would recommend European Motors. Ask for Sam, this man has more patients and is so pleasent to work with. If anything he needs a promotion or a big bonus after working with me!!! When we went there I wanted to trade my Lexus for a BMW, after driving the BMW for a day, I realized I didn't care for it as much as I thought. So, I emailed Sam and he said no problem we can get you in another car that you will like! The next day Sam got us approved for a different car and I could not be more happier! I know from now on where we will be buying our cars.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No hassle, great service. I had looked around some and had a list of several Mazda RX8s to look at, but once I started working with Hoyt and Sam I knew I had found a dealership that I would come back to again and again for my vehicles. Highly recommended!

Very professional. Worked on getting me the best deal without trying to "just make a sale" - felt like they had my best interest at heart.

Everyone at this dealership works together and were very involved in the process.
