What People Are Saying About Guero's Mexican Grill

In Short – As Coppell blooms around it, Guero's keeps its small-town personality, with the same semi-rowdy informality as Esparza's, its older sibling in Grapevine. An outdoor patio offers a lively scene; indoors, a large, colorful mural on the wall depicts area tourist attractions suchas the State Fair and Texas Stadium. Menu ranges from classic Tex-Mex combo plates to seafood to fajitas, made with chicken, shrimp, beef, and pork, a unique option.

- What to Drink:
- Six whirring frozen margarita machines get put to the test, and the staff promises they contain tequila instead of cheaper "everclear" alcohol.

I live in Grapevine but work in Coppell and me and my co-worker eat at Guero's at least once a week. I tried Guero's five years ago and I've been hooked ever since. I love the food and they have the best service ever. No matter what we order it always comes out FAST and HOT!!! I love the salsa and the Margarita's speak for themselves!!! I love this place! Great food, great service, cozy atmosphere....what more could you ask for?!?!?
- Pros: Food, Service
Great food from the Esparza's guys!

I had no idea this was owned by the same guy who owns Esparza's in Grapevine. The ambience is not nearly as good - but that would be almost impossible to reproduce! The food is the same great consistent Mexican food with Killer Margaritas! Not sure why this place is not as busy - but definitey the best Mexican place in the area!
- Pros: Killer 'Rita's
- Cons: ambience a little kitchsy
