Our usual North Dallas florist went out of business. When we called the next three listings, we were horified to find out they were not actual florists, but some kind of order-gathering service. Yuck! The fourth call was Coppell Florist which seemed a little far, but we were happy to find out that they were a real shop and would deliver to our area for the same delivery charge of $10. I think we have a new florist!

Gorgeous Wedding Flowers!!. Used them for my wedding last weekend and everything was great. When I first got to the Coppell location, it took us a little bit of time to figure out exactly what I wanted to do, but w/ some help from the folks that worked there, we got it sorted out. The flowers were delivered exactly at the time they said they would be and the arrangements were stunning. I ordered a bridal bouquet, two brides-maids bouquets, two large arrangements for decoration, two corsages for the moms and flower pedals for flower girls. Everything looked gorgeous and I could not have been happier. They were also nice enough to lend me some pedestals to put the large arrangements on (at no extra charge) and they also let me keep the large arrangements in their vases for an extra week so my family and I could enjoy the flowers after the wedding. Everything was great. Thank you!

The worst florist ever!! The worst florist ever!. The customer service is horrible, then I foind out the owner has been to prison and only chile molester work there, rudolpho renteria, micheal foresterling you are not fooling any one! Baptst standard look them up. Mothers beware don't take your children in there.

Great Florist!. Our family have used Coppell Florist for years and have always been greeted with excellent service and nice arrangements! We really love the remodeling of the store and smiling greetings by the new owners.

Give them a try... They are sure to go out of there way to help. If only everyone was as professional and friendly...

miserable customer service and lots of excuses. Botched delieveries for orders placed on Friday with a Saturday delivery deadline. Customers not contacted by florist to inform them and instead made excuses for the order not being processed. Customer had to make multiple follow up calls to recipient to ensure delivery was made. No effort was made on the part of the florist to make up for the errors and lack of customer service.

Best Florist. Excellent service - fast - they will fix something for you on the spot if you are in a hurry. GORGEOUS flowers and reasonable prices!!!!

Coppell Florist & Gifts. I Recommend we all go again soon!! I used Coppell florist when I was dating, ( the flowers worked ) Now that I married I send flowers not only to my wife but to companies I am doing business with and oddly they have the same effect as when I was dating. The Flowers tighten and strengthen the relationships between our companies. Coppell florist does it all and consult on the types, size & color we send. Coppell Florist is Great
