Nice. Good food. Nice ambience especially for dinner. Not top of the pack. But very good and satisfying for the price.

Unco-operative management. I had an unpleasant experience with the management which seems to be overconfident and uninterested in providing good customer service (and rather rude). I got food catered for a private party and they sent us inadequate quantity of food. We have had Indian food catered many times in the past from similar restaurants. Even though the food quality was fair, the quantity we got this time was half of what we would usually get!

When we contacted them about this, they said that we were wrong! They kept insisting that this was adequate food, they had a lot of experience doing this and we were over-reacting! We ended up curbing our appetite and managing somehow. When we called them again to give them feedback the management seemed uninterested. I will definitely not take the risk of getting food catered by them again!

Plano strip mall entrance opens to classic Indian cuisine and flavorful entrees served on heated plates.. The Scene
An ocher red wall, twisted bamboo accents and tumbling water fixture greet patrons at this Plano restaurant. Asian folk art and bright colors ignite the desire to sample spicy foods. Red table cloths and family-size tables fill the large dining room. The four-page menu and extensive dessert list makes it easy for the delicate palate or the experienced Indian diner.

The Food
The Samosa is a tightly wrapped packet of mixed vegetable in a lightly browned cone shape. Murg Tikka Makkani is a chicken cabob with spice and tomato and quickly recommended by the wait staff. Eleven dishes "From the Vegetable Market" include the tasty but forgettable Navrattan Korma, a rich mixture of garden vegetables and aromatic cream. Among the dishes served with either beef or lamb the Ghost Saagwala, a curried spinach cream, is a must-have.

Hits: Well-seasoned Indian food and relaxed atmosphere for a group of friends or the family.

Misses:
Sunday wait staff can be inattentive.

Corporate Consultant. Newly remodeled restaurant with a cozy romantic atmoshpere. The food here has been consistently heavenly over the past decade of my patronage. Owner John Relic is attentive to any need or request you might pose.

Lunch buffet afford an experience in new cuisine adventures.
