I AM PLEASED. THE NEW STAFF IS EDUCATED AND EXPERIENCED.THEY SEEMED DEDICATED TO HELPING AND GIVING US A GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT. THE PRODUCTION MANAGER IS AN ENGINEER, AND HAS BEEN A SIGNMAKER FOR 10YRS. THEY FINISHED THE PROJECT ON TIME AND PERFECT.

Southwest Signs & Graphics. I have been in the graphics industry for many years. I have been doing work with Southwest Signs & Graphics. What I have noticed was their prompt response.

They made personnel changes for the better. With this new staff, I have noticed that things have changed. Most of their previous problems came from a former ex employee. Their work has improved, meeting time frames has also improved.

I am very confident that any work I get done in the future will be handled professionally and on time.

Still waiting for refund. Seven months ago I purchased 2 signs from SW Signs and paid by credit card. City of Frisco would only allow 1 sign so I immediately called and cancelled 1 sign. I have called and called over the months and SW Signs has been promising to refund my overpayment for 7 months. I called today and now they say I never paid them and that I need to send them my paid receipt! This is a merry go round that will not stop! There is no excuse for their dishonest business practices.

garbage. I just passed southwest signs and there was a guy holding a sing that said (southwest signs owes me money). I told my wife, come to think of it they owe me money as well. I just re-instated my Better Business claim with them, the first was removed because southwest changed addresses and didn't answer any forwarded mail, phone calls or emails. I own a skateshop a couple blocks from southwest and paid them for a sign and installation. The sign fell of (yes fell off) of my building less then a year later. They actually wanted to charge to to put the thing back up. Pay for an improperly installed sign? yep I had to pay sign a rama to put the thing up right. Thanks for nothing but bad neighborly business and poor service.

A good community member. They have a welder on site, and a silk screener and they do installations.They handle a lot of community based work, like for Frisco PD,FD, Frisco ISD, Frisco booster clubs etc. They seem a little understaffed right now, but their work looks great. I saw a big metal lighted sign they were making for Frisco Printing, it looked really good to me.Their new office manager seems like a good guy and hasn't lied to me. He told me he'd been in the business for 35 yrs.and has done it all. Every questioned I asked he could answer and was helpful.

Do Not Trust This Company!. Beware the company that doesn't build its own signs. They'll lie to you and say anything to get your money. You'll be lucky if you ever see a sign after giving them a deposit. If you do, expect collection calls from their subcontractors. Did you know you're still responsible to pay THEM too, even if you paid this awful company in full? SW doesn't pay their subcontractors, so you end up paying twice for the same sign! Then they claim ignorance and hang up on you when you call! HORRIBLE, DESPICABLE COMPANY!
