Comfortable, no pressure and friendly. I thought from the outside of the building that it was going to be another overpirced salon where you get told by the stylist that you don't know what looks good...exactly the opposite, this place is comfortable and relaxed without the big impression pressure. A place that you can get your hair shampooed and not feel akward. That alone is worth it..but they really know hair there too!! I love my hair now, Thanks to Maria!

Thanks for paying attention to my needs. Hi, I recently moved to the Las Colinas area and was seeking a stylist I found Final Cut online and took a chance. I wanted a two tone(black on top and Red on the bottom). Renee followed my intructions to want I wanted. If you didnt know red fades easy she has given me a solution for that and know my Red stays vibrant. Thank you, I didnt have to go through any horror stories to find a great stylist they made sure I was comfortable with complimentary wine. While I was there I also decided to get a Brazilian for the first time, I was very esitant but the experience was great know Im back every month getting my red refreshed with no damaging my hair and I get my brazilizn. Thanks again for making it easy to get all my beauty needs at one place with a lot of character.

Rukshana is an angel. I go for my hair cut n color/highlights to her only...there is no one in dallas who can do miracles with your hair...she is very friendly and loving...we started as client and hair dresser but now we have become friends too. She is one person I know who does this job as a hobby and not for the making money. Her advise n tips are great....rukshana you are great...wish you all the best in live.from Poonam.

Amanda is awesome!. i have to say, i have been getting waxed for a long time and have never had such a great experience. Sugaring is way less painful and amanda is so quick and thorough. I have recommended her to everyone. she is so friendly and very good at her work!

Best Hair stylist I've ever had!. My main reason to go here is to make use of the services of Rukhsana. She is amazing! I've never had anyone that consistently does such a wonderful job. She does great with my cut and colour and is the ONLY person I have ever trusted to try new things on my hair! I've had some great new looks I would never have thought of on my own and get tons of compliments. I brought 3 friends here and they all love her too! She is very friendly and personable and honest about what she thinks will work or not on your hair. She is also VERY talented at what she does and has a great eye for styling someone. I have to recommend her highly!

Brazilian Wax is Terrific. Don't let your first impression get in the way. The salon is a bit oudated and I'm not sure I've actually seen anyone getting their hair cut there, but their hair removal service is a diamond in the rough. Dusti provides a service called sugaring which isn't commonly offered in most salons. If you're still getting waxed down there, you're missing out big time. I've been waxed at several different places and each experience is worse than the last (I couldn't get an appointment with Dusti before New Year's and went to Aqua Med Spa in Dallas and it was one of the worst salon experiences of my life). Sugaring is much less painful, takes less time than waxing and you're not left with sticky residue. Dusti does a really thorough job and still makes you feel super comfortable. And it costs less than most nice salons charge for waxing!

FANTASTIC SPECIALS!. I was looking for a spa place to treat my daughter-in-law for her birthday. She couldnt go on Saturday, so I treated myself with a massage, facial and a revitalized hair "do". The hour long massage was pretty darn good! Stacie was very professional, and she sure did relax those tensed up muscles. Hands of magic!

The facial was fantastic beyond words! Dusti gave me a mini manual dermabrasion with crystals , a deep cleansing, and a bit of collagen around the eyes. Boy! Was it ever relaxing! Final results? I can really see a difference in my face! Lots of my wrinkles smoothed out!

My hair stylist Ronnie was just super!...she put stuff on my hair that gave it real body, styled it to hide the outgrowth (til I can get retouched), and made me feel like a "new me" when I left.

This place has unbeatable specials ( I got all this for the advertised special of $125) . It was approaching closing time and they did NOT start rushing so they could get home. The friendly owners take care of the front salon desk and make sure you feel special so you will come back...and you know what? I WILL !

Management lacks any customer service.. I called to make an appointment with my favorite stylist, Eddie, but was told he was out due to an injury. I almost decided against making an appt with another stylist but the receptionist promised me that he could find another stylist to fix my hair just as well. I went to have my hair wash and blown dry - it took 2 hours and the stylist had to use a flat iron but failed to tell me until I paid that it was an extra $15 for a flat iron fee. Eddie never used a flat iron and was able to get my hair straight without it so I wasn't aware of the additional charge. I complained to management but the refused to refund any of my money and were exceptionally rude. They're foreign so they either don't have a clue what importance customer service has in this country or they just don't care about running a successful business built on satisfied customers. I've been there 4 times this year but will never be back. If anyone knows where Eddie is, please let me know!

Bikini Wax and Massage was fantastic!. I had a bikini sugaring and a massage package yesterday and I am super satisfied!

Dusti took care of my bikini area, eyebrows, and gave me a great facial and Stacy gave me the best massage I have ever had all for a great price.

I don't know who the male massage therapist the writer before me is talking about because I have not see a guy massage therapist there in the year I have been going to Final Cut Salon. It seems very irresponsible to write a review about an event over a year ago at least.

I have been very satisfied and I definitely will go back.

Not professional. Not sure if the gentleman is still there but I had a massage there one time and will never be back. The masseur made me very uncomfortable saying things like "Oh baby, oh yeah, that's nice". I've never felt so dirty in my life. I found out later that he had similar problems at another salon but the owners of Final Cuts never bothered to check references. The owners are also very standoffish. They're nice if you agree with them but if you have a complaint they immediately become defensive and rude.
