Don't use Hawk. First there is no ZERO star to be able to rate Hawk Electronics with as that is what they deserve. They have the worst customer service going, you'll get a different answer or excuse or reason that they cannot do something for you each time you call. Never try to port your phone number from them as you will get the run around, they'll cite FCC regulations and do as much as they can to ensure they keep the phone number and not release it.

Even when you escalate a customer service call to a 'supervisor' you'll still be told bs and given the run around. On review of the monthly bill with the new service provider (after several days of trying to get Hawk to release and port the number) we found that Hawk has built in costs, unusual charges and costs much more than any 'honest' service provider.

Avoid Hawk Electronics at all costs, or it will cost you.

If you are looking for a phone or accessory, go straight to a major dealer and not to a subcontractor like Hawk Electronics.
