Screwed At The Shack. This was the sorriest radio shack I have been in to date. Had two hisbanic girls working there that clearly didn't know what was going on. The guy that worked there all he wanted to do was watch the basketball game that was on tv, and let the other two uneducated girls handle everything else, and don't ever buy something there that is defective and then try to take back with in the time aloud, and exspect to get it replaced, because thats not going to happen, even though it clearly stated in the return policy that if the product has a defect that it will be replaced, No! The stupid manager has to look at it, for what I don't know, so find another store loke bestbuy before getting screwed at the shack. Oh almost forgot, will be filing a report with the better bussiness bureau.
