Closed down. Sadly when I went looking for this place I discovered that it is now closed due to non payment of rent. That is what the sign in the window read. I hope they get things worked out with the landlord and reopen. There were many people standing in disappointment with me talking about how good the dim sum was.

The name's French, but the food is Vietnamese-Chinese and includes a "rainbow" of consistent items arching from soup to dim sum.. In Short
Diners fill up on classic dim sum every day; it's served until 3pm, seven days a week. The cafeteria-tinged decor here belies the restaurant's exotic French name (inspired by founder Mickey Luu's favorite bistro in Vietnam), although there is a fairly colorful fish tank. Silky soups and signature spring rolls open up the appetite. Lunch and dinner entrees come out family-style and range from citrus-accented beef to fiery curried vegetables.
