Does not respect cutomer time. The Manager at the MoonShadow Window Tinting is very very rude and do not respect the value of the customer time and treats customers as if the he is doing a favor and providing the service free of charge. I have never been so frustrated in last 5 years.I wasted almost 2 full days trying to add Tint to my car. They will give appointment, but once you go there, they will cancel the appointment and will ask you to come back.…
I've used these guys for all my vehicles. They know what they are doing and I trust them. They've been in business for years so they have great experience and advice and low prices. I've had four of my past vehicles tinted and never a problem so I'll be taking my next car there too!…
Very unprofessional company. These guys did not do the complete job. When called to complain the owner of the company was very rude. We feel cheated. Terrible customer service and business ethics.
Terrible Terrible Terrible Customer Service. I bought a 1/2 Price Gift Certificate from 99.5 The Wolf. Moonshadow wouldn't honor it because the previous owner set it up and John and David (the current owners) said they would lose money on the certificate. Not my problem. The business is still Moonshadow Tinting as the certificate reads and the store sign reads. They should have honored it regardless of the owner. He was NOT AT ALL willing to work with me. Terrible customer service. NEVER do business with this unreputable company.…

They (Justin) explained my options and helped me decide what would be best for my needs--as to cost, tinting and heat reduction.
