Customer Beware Of A+ BBB Rating

Customers beware of the A+ BBB Rating. Just because a business claims to have an A+ Rating it doesn't mean they deserve it. According to an ABC report aired on 11/12/2010 businesses are buying the A+ BBB Rating and the BBB is under investigation by the Attorney General. The Report came out on ABC News, 20/20 and Nightline.
