Best Appliance Store in DFW!!!!.
This place has a massive junkyard where you can find old oven racks, burners, etc.... for a fraction of the cost it if you buy it online. A $40 dollar oven rack can be had for $10 dollars, cant beat that deal.
Owner is extremely courteous and they are not as pushy as the other stores which I prefer.

***** SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I was referred to Walt's by my "handyman" company, and I was completely satisfied with the way my service was handled. Ernie knew exactly how to repair the stove and refrigerator at my tenant's home. I intend to purchase my new built-ins from Walt's.

GOOD SERVICE, GOOD PRODUCT AT GOOD PRICE.... THEY HAD A VERY NICE SELECTION. MET THE OWNER AND EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED AND FINANCIAL STATUS, AND HELPED GET EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED FOR A GOOD PRICE AND DIDN'T PRESURE ME TO BUY A HIGH DOLLAR ITEM OR SOMETHING ELSE AND WAS IN AND OUT OF THERE IN 5 MINUTES....GREAT SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY...WOULD DEFINATELY SHOP THERE AGAIN....

"NOT MY PROBLEM". WE PURCHASED A NEW REFRIGERATOR FROM WALT'S ONE MONTH AGO. IT WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED. WHEN WE NOTICED THAT WATER STAINS WERE APPEARING IN OUR OAK FLOORING, AND WATER WAS MYSTERIOUSLY POOLING ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR, WE CHECKED THE BACK OF THE REFRIGERATOR AND FOUND THAT THE WATER HOSE CONNECTION, AT THE REFRIGERATOR, WAS DRIPPING. WHEN I CALLED RICK (THE OWNER) AT WALT'S, HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WASN'T HIS PROBLEM OR RESPONSIBILITY BECAUSE HIS INSTALLER WOULD HAVE CHECKED THE NEW CONNECTION WITH A PAPER TOWEL AT INSTALLATION TIME! HE TOLD ME THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT FLOORS, OR WHAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THE LEAK, AND THAT I SHOULD CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY. I GUESS I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR RUINING MY $ 6,000 + FLOOR.

great store. I have purchased a washer dryer, refrigerator, double oven, cook top, overhead microwave and dishwasher at Walt?s over the past couple of years. The manager (Rick) has always led me to the best value saving 33% off the big box retailer price and 50% off the installation.. Nice thing about Walts is you don?t have to wait for a sale. Walts also stands behind their products. I had an issue with the dishwasher which they fixed ? no charge. I highly recommend Walt?s..
