Beware. Beware - If you feel like getting the run around and being treated awful then go to Grand Prairie Ford. Our visit was less than even unsatisfactory. Our first sales person could not even locate keys to one of the vehicles we wanted to look at. Then the one we wanted to drive had no gas. Really!! Yes, that's challenging but the next step was the worst. Mr Ivy was awful! I was shocked at his unprofessional and rude behavior as a member of the GP Ford staff. I would rate our visit as threatening, unprofessional, unsatisfactory, shall I continue... proceed with caution. The process forced one star which was not my choice!…
