My car buying experience with Grand Prairie Ford was excellent. The whole process from the salesperson to finance to the signing of the paperwork considered a good experience.

BEWARE of Service Department. They took my vehicle in to service due to a check engine light. I rented a car and they said they would have it repaired the following day. Here I am 3 days later no one has even looked at it. I am out $140 in rental car fees and now I have asked them to give me my vehicle back so i can take it to a real service center. And to think I was about to let them do my other 2 vehicles hail damage! Not ever again!

My husband purchased a F250 from this dealer less then two months ago (not a cheap vehicle). Just days after taking it home we noticed a leak. We called the dealer and we were told that it was overflow and that this was normal. As a precaution, we were told to keep an eye on it and if it worsened to bring it in after we received our warranty information in the mail. The leak did get worse, we waited for the warranty information and brought the truck in. The leak turned out to be a radiator leak..not overflow and not covered by warranty. The dealership refused to fix the issue as they stated it wasn't their problem and we had waited past the 30 days of original purchase (hope you saw my note above that they are the ones that told us to wait) and then charged us over $1000.00 to fix it.

My husband was out on the street today with a sign telling others to beware!!!!!

Just wanted to let you all know Johnny Crecy is an asset to your company. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was top priority by keeping me updated on each step. You need more associates like Johnny!
