Always great

I have been taking my vehicles here for about five years and have always left satisfied. They have been honest with me about repairs that I need (versus those that another place said I needed but didn't) and give accurate estimates. I don't know much about cars but am always treated respectfully. Highly recommended!

Warning - Dishonest Business

I can't say this loud enough or too enough people. Stay away from this place. Very shady business practices and extrememly expensive labor rates for the most simple tasks, that are only discussed AFTER the work has been done and are never explained upfront in writing. Places like this that victimize the trusting public need to be shut down. Please, take your vehicle needs someplace else.

- Cons: Expensive labor rates, unapproved repairs that will cost more to remove, vehicle hostage situations, dishonest business practices

Honest, Reliable and Reasonably Priced

These guys are GREAT. I took my car to a Quick Lube near work who told me that I needed to replace an axle. When I took it to Bob's to ask them to replace my axle, they told me that I didn't need to have the work done. That's honesty. They are reliable and usually their quotes are lower than other shops. I no longer have to shop around, because I know that they are honest and reliable.
