I wouldn't get my repairs anywhere else. I just wanted to thanks to Mike and his staff. He cared about helping me, finally I got someone whom I can trust with my car. I recommend him for anyone, K-Automotive is also very comfortable, not like the other shops or dealerships. His shop is extremely professional, friendly, honest and clear. I highly recommended!!!

Best Automotive Care In Irving, TX!!!!. Please don’t let the outside appearance of this business mislead you; go on the inside and discover that these guys know what they’re doing!! I dropped my vehicle off on Friday, August 20, 2010, and Mike promised that he and his team would take only four days to complete the work and if it was not ready within the allotted timeframe, K-Automotive would cover my rental car expense! When I picked up the vehicle (on time as promised), all of the original parts that were removed, were waiting for my review and inspection, the radiator was flushed for no extra charge (radiator flush was "not" included with my list of original needed repairs). K-Automotive was able to "beat" the price from previous quotes I had received within the surrounding area to repair the same items. I was able to use my K-Automotive credit that was given to me over a year ago toward the repair expense. I’ve also utilized their services for Collision work in 2008 and received A+ service and quality. I highly recommend K-Automotive for honesty, professionalism, quick turn-around with great prices and quality!!

Great Service. I am very impressed with the level of service from K-automotive. They had my car in for repairs with a very short wait. The waiting room is comfortable and I will use them again in the future. Thank you for all of your help.

Good price, good repair. Replaced my bumper a few weeks ago. They matched the price of another estimate I received, and their estimate was the final price. Car was fixed in the time frame promised, and the job was done right. Good repair, good price.

I'm so pleased. This moron rear ended me last week. Insurance told me that it would only cover part of the damage. Mike was able to repair my entire car for me for just the amount the my insurance choose to chip out. The bumper looks great, and my car looks wonderful. I'm ecstatic about the way my car looks and the price I paid to get it to look that way. Thanks Mike for all your help. I recommend K-automotive to everyone!

Great Service and Cheap Prices!!. K-Automotive provided me with excellent service. I recently got my clutch changed for $460 compared to an estimate of $780. They were very nice and had the best intentions for my car.

OVERJOYED CUSTOMER!. i had damage on my car sustained while living in NYC and finally decided to do something about it. Insurance was covering part of my cost and i had a $1000 deductible (ouch!). i came here after getting an estimate at a recommended place but decided to go with k auto instead because i needed some other things done and k-auto had a better price. not only did Mike fix the damage that was covered by insurance, but he also fixed a dent in the hood of my car that was unrelated. he then sanded and painted my bumpers too! (and if you've ever lived in NYC you know how bad your bumpers can be) but that's not even what's surprising. what's insane is that my out of pocket cost was $790!!! i paid $790 instead of $1000 which was my deductible, AND Mike fixed extra things - the dent in my hood including painting it, and sanding and painting my bumpers!!! i really can't believe it, my car looks like new and i am ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! sorry if i sound over the top, but i really am ecstatic with what they've done. and it didn't take long either.

Great Experience All Around. Awesome is all i have to say !!!! I needed to have a starter put on my car well when i went in Tom said they would have a look and see what was going on he found two leak's that ( just three days before i had been to the ford place and no one said a thing about even though i knew the car was leaking ) he told me about i already knew i had one but not two both were fix my starter was put on in a matter of an hour ( had to wait for part to get there ) All the employee's at K was wonderful friendly Everyone said hi as soon as you walk through the door . Tom explained everything to me included going into detail on the mechanic's part plus answered every question i had !!! The work is gaurenteed And they will have a regular customer out of me .

The best auto place you will ever find. these guys are awesome. I searched around before getting body work done, they have the best prices, fast service and incredible attention to detail. The work I had done turned out beautifully. They completely went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I am in complete awe of my experience, I would recommend them to anyone.
