North Texas barbecue chain that sells its original sauce in the bottle dishes up choice cuts in a friendly atmosphere.. In Short
Spring Creek feels like a log cabin; dining areas features wooden tables and cozier booths. While customers feast, servers circle with baskets of complimentary freshly baked rolls--a real highlight. The menu is classic barbeque with beef, sausage, ribs, turkey, ham and chicken. Customers stack as many veggies (slaw, beans, potato salad, etc.) as they can fit on the rest of the plate. Save room for a scoop of Blue Bell ice cream or some cobbler.

Excellent Ribs. I am a critic of ribs and barbeque food. We went to Spring Creek just to grab some lunch on our way out of town, and I was very impressed with the flavor of the ribs, perfect smoking of the meat, and generous sides with our meal. Very satisfying and great value.
