Unethical business practices... they refuse to take back defective merchandise. I purchased a Chicco Playard from Babies R Us and discovered shortly thereafter (within 2 weeks) that is was defective. When I tried to return it, I was told they would not accept it and that I had to deal with the manufacturer. Ron, the floor supervisor, was rude, cold, and completely uncaring about the situation. The manufacturer said this was not an uncommon problem and was not happy with Babies R Us for not accepting the return. Bottom line... Babies R Us in Lewisville, TX is a joke. They have no business ethics, and their customer service is horrible. I would never recommend shopping there.
