Worst customer Svc ever. They've lost my receiver that was sent off for repair and I've gotten nothing but a run around concerning the receiver. I will avoid Best Buy from now on.

Management and geek squad are useless. Had an issue tonight and the manager brushed me off. Geek squad says that they can look at a device manager and it tells you the PC is infected.

Geek squad is so freaking slow! I've been waiting over 1/2 hour to get help. I'm sure they're just going to say I need a new wifi card, and I will have just wasted all of this time. This is ridic
