This business closed down a long time ago, but they are still making house calls and taking money only never to be heard from again. F rating on better business bureau. Read the ripoff reports and google this company.

I have to stress that from the initiation to the end of my window treatment process everyone of my expectations was met. I sent Bill's business an email with my measurements and received a response the very same day. I immediately booked an appointment. Bill was very knowledgeable and a very honest sales man. What he said he was going to give us is exactly what we received. His Designed Shutters are absolutely beautiful. Bill is definitely one of the best contractors I have hired. Definite craftsman and artist. One of a Kind!

Bill was prompt to call me back and was able to provide me a quote on the Weekend. He is very knowledgable and passionate about the products and it reflects in his work and customer service. The installation of the shutters on the Main floor of my home EXCEEDED all my expectations. There is nothing else like it on the market. I can't stop admiring them. Keep up the good work Bill !!! Thank you to Bill who take great pride in the products he sell and install. We completed Plantation Shutters on every window in the house and are thrilled with the result. The shutters are built solid and add a richness to our home that we weren't expecting. You won't regret working with Bill.

I contacted about 10 or more companies based on reviews to get a quote for Vynil Shutters. I asked for the same brand-name product, and provided the number of windows and all of the dimensions. Bill called within 30 minutes, and had the quote e-mailed to me right away. His quote was between $800 - $2500 cheaper than the rest of the quotes we received. He came to our home, took the measurements and we placed the order with him. 1 week later our shutters were ready and the technician had them installed in 2.5 hours. We ended up going with the luminaris Perfect View Vynil Shutters, and we simply love them. I would recommend Bill & The Shutter Factory, for their service and great prices.

I definitely did my research for several months and without a doubt, Bill's price, product, and services were top notch! From the moment my husband and I spoke with Bill, his customer service was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, and professional thoughout the entire process of meeting with us, measuring our windows, to the final installation process. I called Bill after I read all the great reviews about this company and true to each review, he delivered excellent service and an excellent product. He called me back quickly, set up an appointment to come and quote my windows,and offered an excellent price for quality wood shutters. Both he and his installer (Adrian and Sergio) were a pleasure to work with. They take pride in their work which shows in all aspects of the job from the first meeting to the final installation. Also, when Adrian and Sergio finished installing the shutters, Bill came to my home and personally inspected each shutter. Both my husband and I were very impressed with this degree of customer service. I hightly recommend The Shutter Factory to anyone looking to cover their windows. Excellent Company!!!

I got my shutters in under a week as per promise, they were very professional completed the job, even after having to work with imperfections due to my contractor. My home looks amazing..Keep up the good work Bill.. I will recommend this guy, the price is amazing.

I absolutely love the job that was done in my house couldn't ask for anything better! I would recommend these guys to absolutely anyone. From my perspective they have no competition they are just simply the best!
