Nice Friendly People Went the extra mile for me. I like this place because all the people that work there are very nice and friendly. They make it feel like that small town atmosphere in the big city of Plano and I really enjoyed my experience at there pawn store. I will be back thank you again

Neat Pawn Shop & Ebay Store!. I purchased a guitar from them through ebay, and I live in Florida and was going to be in the DFW area for business so I opted to pick up the guitar at there store and I was blown away at the selection of merchandise they had that I didn't see on ebay!! Thanks again Steve for the pleasant transaction, I will be coming back to visit you again when I'm back in your neck of the woods and watching your ebay auctions as well! P.S. I am still looking for a Gibson Les Paul ;)

One Coolest Places to Shop!!!. I have traveled all over the United States to all kinds of places and there is never nothing better than coming into a store like Texas Jewelry and Loan, the folks were super friendly and I'm pretty sure it was family owned and operated. Nothing like the small town hospitality in the city! Just super laid back place had a nice selection of all kinds stuff but I particulary liked the gun selection and I had a heck of a time dragging my wife away from there jewelry selection. I recommend this place to all thank you again

The only place to get a loan. I was in need for some fast cash to cover my rear and the great people here was friendly, understanding and loaned me what I was I needing to clear up a few late bills. I can't thank them enough! god bless you all :) I totally recommend this pawn shop to anyone!

Great Place to get a Loan. This shop is a ma and paw operated pawn shop super friendly honest folks and offered me top dollar for my merchandise. I have no complaints and I will for sure go back, next time to hopefully be buying instead of pawning. Thank you Texas Jewelry and Loan :)

Not a trustyworthy place to pawn valuables. I used this shop twice - once I sold them several loose semi-precious gemstones (at a huge bargain). I have no complaints with that transaction. A few months later, I was in need of a quick loan and brought in two heirloom watches (one was 18K gold and the other was platinum and diamonds -- total value well over $20,000). My loan was only $800, but I had every intention of returning for my watches. On the final day, I was running late getting to the shop so I called to say that I was coming over. In case I was late, I asked if I could come in the morning and was told that I could. When I came in the next day, I was told that the owner had changed his mind and was keeping the watches. I called around and found out that it was standard practice by reputable pawn shops to allow a one month grace period. So I called the agency that issued the store's business license and filed a written complaint. All I had wanted to do was pay my loan and retrieve my watches. The licensing bureau contacted the store and I was advised later that I could go by the store and pick up my watches. So...I did -- and paid off the loan. However, they literally tried to steal my watches and would have gotten away with it had I not taken action. I happened to see the online listing for this store and felt that I had a responsibility to alert others to be careful when dealing with Texas Jewelry & Loan in Plano.

I lived in Plano 20 years and this shop has been here since I have and it is the only shop I go to.. I love going to this shop I have lived in Plano 20 years and I am know known by name in this store, and it is all family that work the store and every family member is super nice, and helpful. They have been there for me for all my loan, and buying needs over the last 20 years really can't ask for anything more!

YIKES! Beware!. OH MY GOSH! This place was behind the Home Depot in Plano (scary place after dark) and I decided to stop. Junk was scattered everywhere! Musty smelling, like old wet clothes and cigarettes! I did see a few things that caught my eye, but I was never even acknowledged when I walked in the door. So I did not even bother to haggle with them over their OUTRAGEOUS prices! Steer clear, and certainly do not go after dark!
