If It's Important, Don't go to This Store.
I have used this one store 3 times as a depot for dropping off my Verizon Fios equipment when it is not working properly. Each and Every Time, they do not take care of the Back Office of the process, and I end up getting charged for having 4, or 5, or 6, DVR units, when I only have 3. Their in house systems are terrible, and there is nothing anyone on the phone with Verizon Customer Care can do..... You have to go BACK TO THE STORE to get it fixed, again. Stay away from this untrained, inadequate, minimalistic employees.

seriously, stay away from this store! After I caught an employee lying to me he threatened to kick me out of the store (no joke). Verizon has some very good products/services, so if you are interested, just go to a different location...
