New Orlean's dining in Plano, TX. If you love New Orleans and If you love their food then you will love The Big Easy. My first experience at the Big Easy was a date with my sweetheart and I attribute the delicious food to the realization of our attraction. They have one of the best gumbos I have had outside of Louisiana and a muffaletta comparable to what you would have in the actual Big Easy. My sweetheart had the special of a BBQ Oyster Po'Boy and has sinced compared other Po'Boy's to it. The staff is friendly and the interior is what you would expect to find in a small shop in New Orleans. I highly recommend trying this place when you crave cajun cuisine but can not afford the time off for a trip to New Orleans.
