I have been very pleased with the service I have received at your place. I like the personal contact and the individual attention that makes me feel that I'm your only customer. I like being called by my first name and feeling that you all know who I am and remember my car issues. I have dealt mainly with Chris, you, and Lauren and I have only good things to say. Giving me a ride home and pick up when necessary is invaluable to me. Cost is also a big issue for me, and I feel that you are very fair.
