I love you guys and thanks for all your honest dependable service over the years. I pray you have a very good year!! Thank you so much for your work on my car recently.
Once again I am pleased with the service I received and the speed of the repairs. The young lady up front was very courteous and not only notified me of what repairs were needed, but also just what those repairs entailed. As a woman who has always decided where to repair our vehicles, I am very impressed with this young lady's knowledge. Please keep up the good work, as it is very refreshing to have women up front who are knowledgeable about car repair and can relay proper information and answer questions. I was also given a 20% discount on repairs which was greatly appreciated!
The last time I was in was for my 2005 Chrysler T&C Van brakes. They were squeaking. You replaced them very inexpensively. Im not sure, it may have been under warranty, and, therefore, free.
Convenient and a good price. I needed an oil change, and investigate a dashboard light. Before the shop opened, I dropped off my car. Shortly after open
I would like to respond on to Amanda D. I can only schedule so many oil changes in one day. I do honor all scheduled appointment some of the customers we are referring to did not state that the had an appointment when they first came in. The coupon specifically says call to schedule and appointment. Due to the success of the Groupon sales we have been very busy. Also I never told you we were closing early. What I said was that if you wanted to bring in your car on Friday it would have to be earlier then 5:30 to allow enough time to complete your oil change. I do have record on how long you were sitting there and I assure you it was not 2 hours for an oil change. I am sorry if we did not meet your expectations. If you would like to trade in your coupon for through living social there is a phone number on the back that you can call and they should be happy to help you. sorry for your negative experience.
Thank you and God Bless,
The girl at the counter.
Ps she has since come back for oil changes since her review.
I was first recommended to you by Joel Morris, my son-in-law's father, and I wish that I had found you sooner. I have and will continue to recommend you to others.
Troy, as a fairly new Plano resident, I was so happy to discover an auto service in my area of residence. I have been very satisfied with all the services (and advise) I have received from your company. I have found your services and repairs timely, dependable and thorough in every manner. All employees with whom I have dealt have been courteous and promt with all responses. I am delighted to have found such a trustworthy and dependable auto service in Plano. I appreciate you and your employees and do not hesitate to recommend your service to others. Keep up the good work.
I've never really felt all that comfortable about "sharing" my innermost feelings in public places like Twitter or Facebook. Maybe, it's a generational thing.
I'm not sure whether or not that kind of sharing qualifies as a "guy thing," or not. It certainly doesn't qualify as a "Mitch thing..." But, every once in a while something happens that just leaves you scratching your head and this is definitely one of those moments.
We have a reputation for being "Good, but expensive..." I can live with that. But, frankly, I don't really agree. I believe we are "Good, and present superlative value..." But, that's just me.
You see expensive conjures up images of unrealistically high prices that may or may not bring with them the kind of value we strive to associate with everything we do. I guess that's why the hair on the back of my neck - one of the few remaining places I have hair! - stands at attention when someone stands at the counter and says, "I've heard you guys are good, but expensive..."
It happened again just a few minutes ago when one of our newest clients shared something that more than validates my general beliefs about the kind of value we can represent and the lack of awareness most members of the motoring public have of automotive service in general and automotive service when it comes to their particular vehicles in particular.
During the casual conversation that almost always accompanies vehicle drop-off - at least, at our place - our client mentioned that he had just come from dropping off his wife's vehicle: a Toyota Sequoia, at the local dealer. Naturally, we took the opportunity to point a finger out into the shop and at the three Toyotas up in the air and let him know that "we work on Toyotas too."
He said it was in for a Recall item and that while in, he was having the vehicle serviced: a kind of a "two-fer." The cost? About $118 for the oil change...
Frank requested a copy of the finished invoice when the vehicle was returned to the client. After all, it would be good to know what was getting done for that $118! Especially, since we were just about to do a service on the husband's Mini Cooper which included a complimentary 30-point Courtesy Check and synthetic oil for less than the oil change on his Toyota...
All that came to mind at that particular moment was that if the client has to ask or you have to explain you haven't done a very good job of communicating how and why you really are the dealership alternative!
Great job! I really appreciated the pink card that gives me an additional 20% off.
