great people,great hairdo's. I've used 3 different stylists, the message therapist, the facial gal and the permenant tatoo procedures. Any time I was unhappy or had a question. The operator or the owner were very accomidating. Sometimes we don't always love our cut or color but here they take the time to get it right for the customer. I have been using this Salon for years!!

NICE TO HAVE A FULL SERVICE SALON & SPA IN FLOWERMOUND. I live in FlowerMound, it's nice to have a relaxing spa day and not have to drive home from a salon/spa in downtown Dallas. Due to the popularity & location of this salon I would recomend 'pre-booking' your day-of-beauty. Heather has done my hair for a little over 6 years. She listens to what I want, she's on time, and is flexible with my work schedule. I have no complaints from any visit!!

Best Place in town for Hair, Nails, Face, Laser and Massage. I have been receiving treatments at Cloud 9 since they opened their new location. They care so much about doing an awesome job. Girls who have done my hair and my friend's hair include Lori, Barb, Stacey, Shannon, Leticia, Joelle, Trish, Bev, Yvette, Nathan, Kim Cloud, Robin, Gina, Arvella - they are all top noch stylists. For nails - every one of those girls I have gone to and been happy - They are all sweethearts and the nail area is so Zen. For Face - Charlotte and Lindsay know their stuff and if you haven't had a facial - you have to try it! Shanna does laser and medical grade facial stuff - IT IS SO GREAT NOT TO HAVE BIKINI LINE ISSUES. There is a drop dead gorgeous girl named Tish that is where you have to go for perm. make up. She is fixing up what other perm. make up ladies screw up. Massage - the best in town. Those therapists have experience and know what they are doing. If you want it deep and dug out - go to Kathy, Theo, Linda or Gina. If you want to relax and have a more Zen experience - go to Jane, Kim, or Jill. Jill also does Reiki - very cool - a must try.

Curly Hair Nightmare. Honestly one of the worst hair experiences of my life. I tried this salon after hearing co-workers rave about it. I called and specifically requested the most experienced curly hair stylist. My mind has blocked this stylist name. She used thinning shears on my hair like crazy. All stylists should know that's the worst thing to do for curly hair. I was offered a free visit to come back after sending a review via their website. No way!

Stay Away! The worst hair experience of my life. I have just moved to the DFW area and was looking for a good salon. A friend recommended the Cloud 9 salon and I decided to give it a try.

The hair stylist I met with was a friendly woman but she had no idea how to cut or color my hair. I brought her a picture of me with my hair styled the way I like it. She did not even come close!! She also put bleach on my hair to lighten it (I have dark hair) in foils and then put me under the dryer for 35 minutes without checking on me! I got up during this time because I thought it was odd that I was under the dryer for so long and found the stylist in the back office area playing on the computer.

The result was a spotty dye job... many different colors all over my strands. And the haircut was so horrible that I honestly cried. I haven't cried in years...but the result of my hair from this salon was unbelievable. I immediately called my old stylist and colorist to get some tips on how to correct my color. I had to fly back to the east coast to have my old stylist try to correct the cut. He was absolutely horrified at what happened to my hair and did his best to correct it. I will just have to wait for some of it to grow out.

I truly believe this is the salon's fault. They should monitor those who rent their chairs and continously train them to make sure they know what they are doing. I will never return to this salon. Stay Away!!!
