Will never go buy again from this dealer – The salesman was very nice and thought got a good deal. I pointed out couple of things on the Used Van that I liked and the salesman said that they will take care of it on monday as all the technicians had left for the day. I should have not belived him.
Worst Honda Dealer in Dallas area – The Service Department provides dissapointing service and is WAY OVERPRICED. Take your car somewhere else. I had a letter from Honda for a 50K mile Warranty that provided free emission service and repair. They told me it was not necessary until 75K. I waited 4 days too late, the warranty had expired and Lute Riley or American Honda could do nothing. Honda told me Lute Riley should not have sent me away the 1st time

I love my Honda – I normally HATE the car buying process, but my salesman made it seem so easy. I had called ahead to see if they even had what I was looking for, and not only did they have it, but they had it ready for me to test drive when I got there! I would recommend Lute Riley to all my friends...wonderful customer service, great prices and friendly atmosphere
I love my Honda!!! – I found the perfect car at an incredible price, and I got in and out of there in no time at all. It only took me 3 hours for EVERYTHING... the last car I bought took all day. I couldn't be happier, I would recommend everyone try this place at least once. (=

Hmm....Lets see what we can lie about? – Beware of picking this place for service. I took my car there and they weren't able to find the original problem I brought it in for.....but they were able to find at least 4 other things wrong with the car. I maintain my car very well so I was surprised to hear all of the "wrong" things with it, so I had it checked by another mechanic. He couldn't find any of the fixes they recommended.... none of it was true. Also, this place charges $45 for an oil change and then tries to get you to sign up for a free one after you buy several.....it's not worth it. I'm never going back to this place. The sad thing is, they probably do this to everyone....even grandmas.....and that's just wrong.
Never ever go Lute reily – I bought a used Honda from this dealership $1500 over the market value in the hope that I could trust the car when I buy it from a Honda official dealership. But it was an awful mistake! The car had a lot of problems and they didn't tell me a word about it. The power lock didn't work and the engine light went on after only 80 miles. When I asked them why they didn't tell me about the problems, they replied they did'nt know and they did nothing about it!!! They are a bunch of liars and cheats who only after your money and don't care about you and your safety.

Stay away from this place - they are unethical!! – My girlfriend and myself went to Lute Riley Honda in Richardson to see about purchasing a used car. We met with a salesman and he informed us that before he could speak to us about purchasing a car, I had to sign an “agreement” that stated that if the both of us agreed upon a price, I would purchase the car. I told him I really didn’t see the need to sign this “agreement” but he said if I didn’t, he could not show us any cars.
I reluctantly signed the “agreement” only because my girlfriend found a car she liked. We then started negotiations on the price. He kept pulling the old routine of going back to the manager when I made counter-offer to their “final price”. I was getting tired of this and finally when it became apparent we would not agree on price, we got up to leave.
As we were walking out, I saw the salesman speaking to his manager who I later found out was Troy Woods. As we walked outside, Troy Woods came after us. It was night time and we had just stepped out of the building and he followed us outside. He walked toward us in a threatening manner and he started talking to me in a very loud voice, angry voice.
He said I had signed an agreement to purchase a car and now I was backing out of our “agreement”. I told him that we had not agreed upon a price so I was not bound to buy anything. He stared yelling at me, telling me my word was no good and generally doing his best to harass us and embarrass me in front of my girlfriend, which I think was his main intention.
I could not believe someone that represented a company would act in this threatening, harassing manner. As you could imagine, I was very angry. The next day I sent a letter to Lute Riley Honda about what had happened. They responded to my letter basically defending his harassing behavior as being an aggressive sales manager.
I would advise anyone looking to purchase a car to avoid this place unless you want to be forced to sign an “agreement” and then verbally harassed and embarrassed if you don’t purchase a car. I have never heard of a car dealership pulling this kind of unethical sales tactic.
