I was more than pleased with this dealership. I was searching for a CPO Maxima for awhile and I saw that Courtesy Nissan had a few to choose from. I contacted internet sales and they were very easy to work with. I had pricing and financing lined up and drove from Round Rock to Richardson. When I got there, we worked on the numbers a little more and I was out the door in a couple of hours. I felt like I got a more than fair deal, I wasn't pressured, and they gave me a little bit more than I expected on my trade. I would buy another car from there again.
They went above and beyond in providing us quality service. I would recommend Courtesy Nissan to anyone.

David (my salesman) was awesome. He really did everything he could to make sure I was able to get into my new Altima Coupe and stay within my budget. He has followed up with me after I got home to make sure everything was going fine and I was happy with the car. I am very pleased with David and of course my new car. Love it!!!!
I'm so lucky I got referred to Courtesy Nissan's service department. I was traveling from out of state when my car started having problems. Daniel the service manager & Sone helped me out so much, I just can't thank them enough!!!!
can`t imagine being treated better or getting a better deal. I got my oil changed and vehicle washed beautifully. David Mullins helped me get the air replaced by nitrogen on a tire I repaired. He then took me to the parts department where I purchased a locking gas cap at a good price.(auto parts stores do not have a locking cap listed for the 2012 Frontier).VERY GOOD SERVICE
I did not purchase my 2004 350Z from here, but wished I had. They have however been servicing my car for the last 3.5 years. Most recently, I have had issues with my sub woofer and CD player. My car is out of warranty and my service adviser , Joe Burk, worked with Nissan Corp to get both replaced. Each time I take in my car, the service advisers are friendly and work to explain what is necessary versus recommended. They also try and keep an eye out for recalls and technical announcements that may impact my vehicle. Props to Joe and the team at Courtesy.
I took advantage of the oil change and tire rotation coupon they sent to my email. They even washed and vacumed my car at no charge. Nice people, quality work and great price.
After the sale... John went out of his way to help us with accessories in your parts department and also in following up with us a few times to ensure our complete 100% satisfaction with every aspect of the deal and vehicle.
