I don't know how this place is in business. I love my VW. It has been a great car, but my experience as whole at Boardwalk is enough to prevent me from buying another VW. My sales person was actually okay, even though that's what I usually dread about buying a new car. My nightmare began in the finance department with Anthony Heverly and continued months and even now, two years later, in the maintanence department.

So in short, stay away from Anthony Heverly in finance and the maintanence department. Dealing with them has been a total disaster. They are unprofessional and attempt to cheat you every chance possible.

I have never had a better salesman. Brett Linderman of Boardwalk VW Richardson is a truly exceptional person to work with. He went above and beyond for my entire car buying experience. I have never had a better salesman.

Boardwalk VW raises the benchmark on quality standards. Boardwalk VW definitely raises the benchmark on quality standards in the car buying process. I was able to not only apply for my loan online prior to visiting, but I was able to email, and instant message all for the information to get the deal set up. I would highly recommend this dealership to ANYONE in the market for a vehicle. It amazes me that within a 90 minute timeframe, the sale was complete. The metroplex needs to be made aware of your professionalism, respect, and promptness.

I would highly recommend this dealership. This is the second car that I have leased from this dealership. Both times I have received exceptional assistance. The personnel, from the sales consultant to the financial person, were extremely helpful. I felt like my requests were honored and carried through.

I was extremely happy with my previous Jetta and I am looking forward to driving my 2011 Jetta. I would highly recommend this dealership to any one of my friends and colleagues! (In fact, I already have).

Our best experience with a VW Dealer. This is the 4th VW we have purchased since 2005 as a family. This is the first time that we have done business with this particular VW Dealer. To say that our experience was the Best, is an understatement. What is a true statement is this. We will be buying another VW and we will probably have no need of looking at any other of the area dealerships.

Dishonest, Misleading, Price Gouging, Service Dept. I needed a mirror housing for the passenger side mirror. I was told that it would cost $115 - $120. I was told that the part "just snapped on". After making arrangements to get the part from their parts dept and get them to paint it ( Why didn't the Kenny Smith the service Advisor do that for me?) I showed up at my appointment time. I had already paid for the part so Kenny was going to get the price for labor. He came back and said " we'll take care of it" which I took as free since he did not state a price and had previously said " it just snaps on" After waiting an hour and a half in the waiting room.... I get a bill that includes $76 in labor. That is right $76 to "snap it on" Kenny replied they had to attach it with 2 screws. 2 SCREWS!! and he thinks that justifies $76? Oh by the way they also took the time to put it up on the rack and inspect it so they could give me a list of things I should have them do to the car. Yeah right!

It is not that it is a lot of money, I am glad it was not in for a major repair. I am just sick and tired of being over charged.

I told Kenny Smith I would not be back again. They do not know how to treat customers.

GREAT DEALERSHIP!!. I went to this dealer to purchase a car and the staff is great. Great place to purchase a car from. I'm very happy with the service I received from them.
