Polite and helpful staff.
While the exceptionally friendly mechanic did an annual inspection on my bike a manager/salesdude came out and visited with me about the trikes. No BS, no pressure, just guys talking about bikes.
I'm not in the market for a new bike but if I were these guys would be on my short list. Good people.

Chris and Kyle worked an incredible deal for me on my new Stratoliner Deluxe. I was delighted to receive better than trade in value for my old bike. Financing was fast and incredibly easy. Chris took the time to help me understanding my options for financing, service and extended warranty. That made me feel very comfortable. I bought a used trike here for 14 grand. After a day or two, I noticed very dangerous steering problems. Then, engine trouble, then, funny noises and feelings. I was told to trade it in. They would be happy to make another sale. Service department misrepresented the state of the trike. Failed shocks, wheel bearings, etc. The trike was rode double all the time with a trailer... Too much weight on the trike for too long. I had to find this out on my own. Now I am stuck with the costs. Thanks for the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Lots of luck with that load of B.S.
