I bought a previously-owned 2001 Yamaha Wolverine from Richardson Motorsports. I found it to be in excellent shape and it had been fully serviced. This was my first ATV, and I can say I am having a great time with it -and no problems- that's the important part. The salesman negotiated well and didn't pressure me. The financing was easy and the finance manager suggested how I could save money by choosing the right plan. The parts and service people gave me great technical and preventive maintenance advice, and when I needed some acessory parts fast, like a winch and mounting kit, the parts manager went out of his way to make some phone calls and get one of the items shipped UPS blue, even though the supplier of that particular part does not usually do that. The service manager went out of his way to explain some details I was confused about. The service technicians knew what they were doing and the shop was clean and well equipped
I just wanted to let you know how pleasant it has been to work with Gary in the service department. A few years ago, I purchased a used Seadoo GTI. I took it to a dealership in Sherman to have some service work performed on the unit. After three trips to that dealership for the same repair, I brought it to your dealership. Gary was able to locate the problem and fix relatively inexpensively while the other dealership had charged me over $500 at that point and had still not fixed the problem. That took place in 2000. I have been using your service department ever since. I am not mechanically inclined by nature but Gary always takes the time to explain to me the various alternatives to repair my units. He is always friendly and courteous and makes me feel as though I am his only customer. I hope that Richardson Motorsports recognizes what a valuable employee Gary is for your company. He is defintely someone that presents himself well and is a good face for your company. Thanks again to Gary for all his help in the past and in the future. Tom Breeding

On some of the Roadstar rider message boards I visit, the other riders are always bashing their dealers. I've never had any reason to be unhappy at Richardson Motorsports. Even when I had the tranny recall done, the parts were ready when promised & the job completed when promised; the bike was perfect when I got it back--no nicks, scratches, etc. Today I had a new Metzler front tire installed & the whole thing was done in less than an hour while I waited. Gary, Bobby & the crew are first rate. I leave next week on a 900 mile trip with a buddy of mine who rides a Harley. I hope he can keep up & not break down!
