Last time at Pappadeaux. I have been a fan of Pappadeaux for years. Last time there was disappointing with slow service and my meal came out 20 minutes after the other 3 people in our party. I expect better service at that price point.

chef?what chef?. We have visited this restaurant several times. Most of the dishes on the menu are very mediocre. Our last visit we had a dish with grilled lobster tail, shrimp and scallops. Now I am no chef, but I can grill fish and make it taste great. The fish was so salty you could hardly taste the star of the dish, the fish. I think I need to have my blood pressure checked to see if it is elevated from the massive dose of salt. There is no excuse for ruining what should be an easy dish to fix. Pappadeaux is just very expensive and unhealthy fast food

great experience, good solid seafood and salad. We visited on a week end. Got a table immediately, good waiter. Knew his stuff. Took his advice. Had good shrimp and oysters, greek salad and enjoyed it all. We live in E.Texas, with no seafood worth trying twice.

This restaurant is noisy. So, we went to enjoy the food, not nap. Try it again. We will.

Horrible Service. After an hour and a half wait (we were told 40 minutes) I was finally able to procure a table by complaining to an unconcerned Manager. Then our server who looked and acted about thirteen years of age finally came out. From then on the entire process was excruciatingly slow. We did enjoy the food, but the whole evening was such a whipping that I won't ever go back. There is much better seafood without the compromises on service elswhere in this city.

BEST SEAFOOD AROUND AND GREAT SCENERY. I would recommend this to anyone not ever trying this restaurant. They have so much on the menu to choose from and some of the best drinks also!!!! The best if I must say so myself. The stuffed shrimp is THE BEST!!!!!!!

Festive chain stays popular with swift service and a crowd-pleasing take on Louisiana cookin'.. In Short
This lively chain has its own sense of N'awlins elegance and verve. Dark-wood paneling, airy windows and service with panache are company trademarks. The restaurant will charbroil, blacken or panbroil a wide variety of fish, serving most with "dirty" rice. Gumbo is popular, chock-full of okra, crawfish, shrimp and yummy secret spices. The crawfish platter is fried crawfish in an spicy tomato sauce, with a crawfish etouffee in buttery yellow sauce.
