Try the shrimp balls and soft shell fried crabs.
I got to taste their food 8 years ago from a wedding, and have kept coming back since. Last time I went was Father's Day. The battered shrimp balls are delicious, a light crunch, sweet and sour was just right. Great value, was like 9 bucks for 6 huge shrimp balls. And one could tell there was a lot of shrimp used, not some flour ball. The deep fried softshelled crab came out fantastic, crunchy exterior and steamy crab meat inside. It's amazing how none of their deep fried items are presented dripping with oil. Well, maybe the cheese lobster deep-fry is the only oily item I have ordered, but it is well worth it. The butter-cheese batter used for lobster is one of a kind, price is around 23 bucks (seasonal). I don't regret paying for any of the seafood at this restaurant, it becomes reasonable once I bite into the food haha. Ok, so what about other meats, well the beef is good but not superb like the seafood. I didn't order any chicken so I would not know about their quality on chicken. The staff is friendly and attentive, their smiles are genuine, that's what matters to me. Management is proactive, my parents speaks Vietnamese more fluently than English, the manager noticed that got us a waiter fluent in the language. Service overall was outstanding for lunch, though I don't know if it changes for dinner since I avoid dinnertime rush.

Family-friendly Chinese and Vietnamese dining on Upper Greenville..
In Short
A huge dining room well suited to large groups is complemented by high ceilings. Pink table linens match pastel-hued walls, hung with gold dragons and a phoenix flanking a large wall hanging of the Chinese character for double happiness. An extensive menu encompassing both Vietnamese selections and Chinese dishes is offered, with a dozen or so vegetarian options. Crispy scallops or pan-fried rice flat noodles are solid bets. Spiciness can be adjusted on request.

Good Chinese & Vietnamese Food.
My favorite dishes are the beef with snow pea leaves, lemongrass tofu and string beans, and the fried rice. The workers are very friendly and attentive. Call ahead on Saturdays in case there is a wedding.
