Service? They've never heard of it!.
American Home Shield sent them out to repair a clothes dryer and the "tech" refused to pull out the washer that was sitting next to it to service the dryer. He expected my 5 foot tall, 98 lb wife to
do it for him.
Then when she tried to reschedule him for the next day after I could do it for him (took me less than 30 seconds when I got home), the person on the phone said that the washer needed to be pulled out BEFORE she would even set an appointment.
This review is also going to AHS who hopefully will NEVER use them again.

WORST APPLIANCE CENTER EVER!!. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE, I HAVE A PART THAT WENT OUT ON MY DRYER AND IT HAS LITERALLY TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO GET THE PART AND THEY HAVE STILL YET CALLED ME TO FIX MY DRYER, WHEN I CALL A WOMEN NAMED CARLA ANSWERS THE PHONE AND SHE NEVER RETURNS MY PHONE CALL, MY PART WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE 2 DAYS AGO AND THEY DIDNT HAVE THE RESPECT TO CALL ME AND EVEN LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON, I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. THIS HAS JUST GOT OUT OF HAND ITS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN YOU HAVE CHILDREN AND NEED CLOTHES DRIED, GOING OVER A MONTH WITHOUT A DRYER IS HARD. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.…

Horrible Service. I wish I could give no star because they are the worst. American Home buyers Warranty sent them to my house and hey came once then call me the morning of the next service date and told me oh we have the wrong part and we will have to call you back on next week. When I told them it would be hard for me to take off again and that I was really disappointed that they would wait to the day of to tell me that is was the wrong part since they call me to schdule on Monday, she said oh well it happens this is not a perfect world. Then I asked if she would work with me an five me a late evening appointment, she said no and that they only come certain days of the week. I then told her she would have to call me back when the part came because I did not have my schedule in front of me but that I was going to make this reflective in the surey that I would do, she told me that she wsa going to call them and tell them that I was yelling at her and that she could not service me so that it would not be reflective of her. And that is what she did....I never yelled talked in a calm voice even after she told me she was going to call them and do that. I called the company and told them what she said and how she was going inform them of a false statement so that it would not be in her rating. I am also going to call the BBB and the lincesing board of Texas. This company has no standards and I wish I would have saw the other reviews to not even begain the process with them in the first place.…

I am just not sure how many trips it takes to diagnose a problem with a dishwasher. I to am an American Home Shield client and also refer lots of warranties to the company. Wish I had read up on
these people before I ever agreed to have them in my home.
They also made 3-4 attemps to fix a trash compactor and in the end said it was just more than they could or would be able to handle.........Glad I am not paying multiple trip charges....…
