Great products, customer service needs improvement. Learning Express has a variety of gifts for children of different ages that are unique (at least I haven't seen them elsewhere). The unique gifts are the only things that keep going to this particular location because I have never received a nod of acknowledgment from their personnel. There is a tall, blond woman who, when I ask to personalize gifts for me, makes it seem like a chore to do. I may drop $100 or more there, but I get little thanks for my patronage. If it were not for the distance, I would be shopping elsewhere.
