I agree, what a joke!. I would give this company 0 stars if possible. AHS sent them out to install a new inside air handler, coil, etc. That was in June. My AC started not working yesterday, 7/26 so I called AHS (not very happy with THEM, either...there are other home warranties out there, folks...) and a guy came tonight about 9:30 pm and looked at the unit, said the freon was fine, the inside unit was installed NOT to code: the safety switch was put in wrong, the electrical should be in conduit, the filter had dropped to the ground as no new decking was put it (which I was charged for!) and no permit was pulled, at least I never saw one. I called AHS and they said it would be addressed in the morning. Meanwhile, I'm without AC in 104 degree weather, my house is listed for sale, I'm trying to buy my son a house out of town, so I'm needing to be gone much of the day tomorrow, etc. You can bet I won't be using AHS on the new house we buy and I may sue everyone!

What a Joke!!!!. Starting with the scheduling all the way through the actual repair time we have been without air conditioning for 14 days thanks to Action. We have to work through American Home Shield and they sent this company to us. They lied about working on Memorial Day and told AHS we had an appt. that day after ignoring the third recall for service the week before. Today we think we might be done and another part has to be ordered for tomorrow. They have us over a barrel because we have to use AHS for repairs for the first year of owning this house. We can't afford to repair this on our own and feel we are being jerked around because they can't get more money out of us but have to complete the job. The girl on the phone is kidding you if she tells you they will be out that day. And you won't be first tomorrow, you will go to the end of the line. Do not use this company. Very very very unprofessional and without customer service skills. I don't want to give them any stars but I have to choose a rating. Don't believe that I think they are even remotely good. They're first visit (2 days after calling them) was May 21st and it is now June 2nd and we are STILL WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. Don't let this happen to you.
