Horrible, horrible service. He made us believe that there was much work to do to fix a blockage in the pump, and made us pay $450 for 10 minutes of his work. After calling the plumber and the main office a few times, I was promised a call back, but nobody ever called. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Either lazy or a crook

This jerk was dispatched out to fix a simple blockage in the house we just moved into. Since there was only a female at the house, he told her that there was no clear out to fix the blockage, and used a much more expensive procedure to fix the blockage. We found the clear out on our own, after he had already fleeced us for $400 extra dollars. He won't return our calls, and claims it's not his job to find the drain, despite the fact HE IS A PLUMBER. Will not let him near our house again, and want to take him to small claims on principal.
