Great service and they were very helpful in fixing my filter and the new tile made my pool look new again.

SUNSHINE POOLS STINKS

Pool was never cleaned. Service techs lied. Fees were charged for service never performed and chemicals never used. Billing and collection practices are extortion. There is no reason to use them. There are too many other competent, professional pool services that will actually clean your pool and bill you correctly.

STAY AWAY FROM SUNSHINE POOLS. I wish I read the many other negative reviews about them on the web before letting them near my house or my pool.

Bad Service

I called to have my pool serviced and when the Sunshine Pool employee entered my back yard, the first thing he did was to hand out his hand and say I owed him a check. He never even made eye contact with me, introduce himself or shake my hand. I had paid out several expenses that week and this was just about the last straw. I told him he could at least acknowledge me by introducing himself and although I may have sounded a upset, I had enough that week of paying for services and yet feeling like I was doing them of favor instead of them appreciating the business. I was very disappointed with this company's customer service.
