In Short – Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." I had Dinner at this establishment just after Christmas this year. I have enjoyed many a meal at Outback but not this time. The food was cold and not throughly cooked.
The waiter was rude and not concerned with our meal. I was not impressed with this particular location and would not recommend it to anyone.
I am usually a good sport about waiters working hard and not having the time to serve me. But the restaurant was empty and the service could have been much better
- Pros: inexpensive, clean, casual atmosphere
- Cons: poor service, cold food, rude servers
