Best Salon in Texas. I love this salon! I flew in from California for a girls weekend and got a full set of Lashes and a Brazilian Blowout. From the moment you walk into the salon you are treated like a V.I.P! Keri did my lashes and instantly I felt so glamorous! Natali did the blow out and I am so pleased with the results. My hair has never looked better. Salon Narcisse is the only salon to go to when in Texas!
