Gore's Auto Doctor

Excellent. This guy's got the best, most reasonable prices for auto repair I've encountered. All the mechanics there are knowledgeable people. Be warned though, Mr. Gore can be a little oft-putting sometimes with his demeanor. Seems whenever he has a little too much on his plate, he can come across as rude.

Most of my experience there has been pleasant except for one episode. I called on a Monday to replace a part and got an appointment for Wednesday. When I got there, he still didn't have a price quote for me, then got mad because he "didn't have time to look up a price on that now". Of course, he had 2 days to get one, but somehow didn't find the time to do that.

The other negatives for this establishment would be no weekend hours and the fact that you have to call 24 hrs in advance for them to look at your car.…
