"I just wanted to thank you for how helpful and kind you were on the telephone. My mother absolutely loved the flowers and it meant alot to me that you went beyond your call of duty." "I know that when time comes I will definately use your florist shop again. You astounded me!! Most people now-a-days wouldn't even consider taking that extra step. I wanted to share this Thank You note we received from a young lady in Illinois, in reference to the flowers we delivered to her mother at Mothers Day this year. Obviously, her mother taught her well, as a Thank You note is a wonderful thing to send and receive.

What a great place to shop, lots of nice gift items, beautiful flowers, and it smells so nice too.

The people are incredibly friendly and helpful. Unlike alot of places, they allowed me to browse and offered to help me when I was ready. I asked for a suggestion for a friends birthday, and the woman gave me several ideas, then packaged my purchase into a gift bag. Wow as busy as I am, that was a real help. I'm sure to be back soon.

What a treasure in a small city!: Wonderfully friendly service and she goes out of her way to personalize ANYTHING you want to send!!! Always eager to please and leaves you knowing that your gift/flowers will be extra special! Let her know what you want and if she can find it in Royse City - she will! I wish every business owner had her ethics and dedication to excellent service!
