The Scene
White tablecloths, a live pianist and violinist, and attentive service makes this staple of Dallas fine dining the perfect romantic evening. Crystal chandeliers and candlelight softly reflect off the dark floral walls as waiters prepare certain dishes alongside tables.
The Food
The selection of French cuisine is extensive. Try the Brie soup, a soft cheese blend accented with flavorful mushrooms. Fresh smoked Norwegian salmon is served with flat bread and avocado. The Old Warsaw special salad is a balanced mixture of greens, avocado, artichokes, hearts of palm and walnuts--lightly drizzled with a vinaigrette. Filet stuffed with crabmeat, cooked to ordered temperature, can be too big to finish. Entrees are served with the standard garlic mashed potatoes and a daily adante vegetable. Desserts can be as sinful as souffles and creme brulee or as fresh as berries with a dollop of cream.

True French Continental cuisine, very authentic. The ambiance is that of a quiet Dijon restaurant, with excellent service. We had the Steak Tartar and the Crepe with Crab meat, plus we had to have the Steak Diane and the Wellington, finishing up with a great creme Brule and a Grand Marnier Soufle. The wines were excellent. A great meal, with a nice ambiance,and great service

We've eaten at Old Warsaw for over 10 years, the service is good, food fresh and it has always been a good experience. Their wine list is excellent and owner is great at advising the perfect pair with your dinner. The fish, steaks and lamb dishes have always been excellent, The appetizers are always excellent and desserts creative. The Best part of Old Warsaw is the live music which include a pianist and violinist - you must come here if you want to have an intimate dinner, important conversation or you're celebrating a special event.

I took my parents to celebrate their 51st Wedding anniversary. The dining room was beautiful. My server was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was wonderful. Everyone at the table ordered steaks at different tempertures and each was done perfectly. The side dish of sautéed spinach was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the house baked potato. I can't wait to go back again!
