In Short – Combine the 2008 debut of a Canadian chef, revamped menu and a modern interior design with an eco-friendly kitchen and rooftop garden, and a new legend is now stirring in the legendary Fairmont Hotel. A 2,000 square foot garden now graces the Fairmont rooftop where Pyramid Grill's kitchen collects fresh ingredients; house-mad chutney, ice creams and mustards are just a few menu items derived from the organic herb and vegetable greens. Indulgent breakfast, lunch and dinner menus include brioche, maple salmon, Colorado lamb rack and churros fondue.
Fairmont's Joe's Special

The Joe's Special was the best part of staying @ the Fairmont The Joe's Special was by far the best breakfast I have ever had. Why would you not have it now? it was not on the menu you would just ask the water for the Joe's Special. It made breakfast, lunch' or the late night munches some thing special at the Fairmont. It was like the Wednesday Special at El-Fenix. Like the pumpkin muffins at the Mansion. Like the Poppy seed dressing at the Zodiac. It was something that only the Fairmont had, but now the Fairmont does not have the Joe's Special. now the Fairmont is just another luxury chain hotel in a city with lots of just luxury hotels Hyatt, Marriott, Sheraton Radisson, Doubletree, Hilton, Crown Plaza. Hey look out every bubbly The Fairmont has a Starbucks WOW. Well I guess we can say Hey Fairmont welcome to just being another chain Hotel/motel
