Excellent Dallas area florist.. My husband has used them for some time sending incredibly gorgeous arrangements to me. Now I use them exclusively for personal and business and have been nothing but satisfied.

Great Job!. I called from NY to send flowers to a friend who lost her husband and she loved the plant that was sent. The whole family was raving about it. I didnt spend more then $40.00 and I heard it was beautiful!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES. I ordered & paid for an arrangement to be delivered on Valentines Day. The florist did make a delivery however, there was no card on the arrangement and the arrangement was not even the one I ordered....NOT EVEN CLOSE!! I have called- emailed and faxed this company for almost two weeks now without any response, My intentions initially were to have a replacement arrangement sent-meaning the correct one I ordered and paid for or at least something that was comparable.....but now after continually being ignored I have requested a refund. Only problem is the florist won't even return my calls, emails or faxes.

I ordered from another florist for a delivery to the same person that day as well and everything was beautiful, the only problem was two of the roses were broken at the stems....no problem....the other company took care of it immediately. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DESIGNS EAST NOR DO I RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO ANYONE.
