This hotel is truly charming with a courteous and gracious staff, wonderful guestrooms and great location if you need to be in the Down town area. My room was comfortable, well appointed and clean! The housekeepers noticed that I drank only regular coffee, and each day they made sure I had plenty and even left me a note wishing me a productive day.

My husband decided that he was going to whisk me away for a romantic weekend, no special occasion needed. This, in and of itself was a romantic gesture, but I must say, he sure did pick a place to go. It was like walking into a movie, and the movie was all about me and my husband. The room was breathtakingly untouched by busy modern day life. We really wanted to enjoy each other's company, uninterupted, but not ignored. The staff at the Maple Manor Hotel not only gave us enough privacy, but was also always available, and eager, to assit us. The breakfast was mouthwateringly fresh, enough to make me completely forget that I was in busy uptown Dallas. I would highly recommend this hotel for any couple, or individuals seeking an unforgettable experience, it is quite the little hideout.
Pros: beautiful, great location
Cons: not a cheap motel, but worth every penny
