Great atmosphere, attentive staff...watchout for the owner.. I was so pleased by the unique old feel of the facility, truly made you feel like you were in an old french home back in time. Staff greeted me at the door with a smile and a warm welcome letting me know that they were there to help. *** Soon the PROBLEM arrived. ****The owner showed her most unprofessional side to any and all whom was around; vocal and attire. She spoke in a deming and unrespectful way and was not ashamed of it what so ever..very upfront about it and admitted to the stlye of which she was voicing her opinions. Vendors had to leave and return later due to her nature of behavior. The main point of the day is to please the bride... but she made it clear that she was running the show and everything would happen as she saw fit not what the bride wanted. I feel sorry for any bride getting married at Hotel St. Germain and for any other vendors that she may hire to make her day perfect. In the long run my vendors returned and I had a great day. Just remember one bad seed can ruin the entire crop. The owner is this bad seed.

If you keep the owner out of the picture you should be ok.

Absolutely the most romantic hotel!. If you are looking for the best place for a romantic getaway-- this is it! Their service is top-notch and the suites are amazing. Suite number 2 is the most romantic room I have ever seen and I travel all the time (all the suites are great but this is my personal favorite). You will feel like you stepped into the French countryside. I had told them that I was in Europe when I was booking my suite and they asked me about my trip when I signed in. The staff calls everyone by name and does everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They even have a butler come in and light your fireplace. Oh, and the food is a must-have also! I highly recommend Hotel St. Germain!

One of a Kind. Our recent experience at this restaurant was superb. I would rate this equal to the best meal I have ever had. I eat at lots of excellent restaurants so this is a high compliment from me. The food was superb and the service perfect, attentive, never annoying. All our needs were anticipated. The restaurant was quiet and you did not have to listen to every other table's discussion. I just can't say enough good about this place.

The Hotel St. Germain is a boutique hotel that offers a unique and intimate escape in the middle of the big city. Seven suites are decorated with French antiques, canopied beds and working fireplaces. Soaking tubs and Jacuzzis are offered with each suite, as are cable televisions and modems. Guests relax downstairs in two separate parlors, two dining areas and a serene New Orleans-style courtyard.
