I really can't review this place because I didn't even have a chance to try their service. But let me tell you my experience - I had a nail appt. today (Friday) at 1215p. When I went in, there were kids running everywhere and the place was pretty crowded. It is definitely NOT a relaxing atmosphere, which I thought from the website it would be. But regardless, I had an appt. for a manicure, checked in with the desk, and waited for at least 10 minutes. I finally ended up leaving after the person at the desk told me they were running behind. Not good for a week day when people are on their lunch break. I won't be returning.

I used to work in Downtown Dallas and everyone at my job told me about this Salon on Elm but I didn't make the point to come until they bought me a giftcertificate for a Pedicure and Facial for my birthday. This place is so pretty I love my pedicure and the facial was so good. I would definitely recommended this place to everyone. I drive from Plano to downtown Dallas every 2 weeks to get my pedicure ever since my job moved to Richardson.

I get pedicures every two weeks whether I need one our not! While they give excellent pedicures, their service was horrible. When I came in to the salon with an appointment, they seemed annoyed that I was even there. They were annoyed at me when I asked to upgrade my pedicure, which has never happened to me before. Then, when my toe nails were drying, I asked about their chair massage -- since they had a sign posted -- and they told me that I couldn't expect them to have someone available. It was a disappointing experience to say the least.
