I ended up with a great deal on my Honda Accord because they had it listed as a 4-cyl when it was actually a 6. Since you can't switch the price after the customer has seen it - I got a great deal. Financing was less than impressive and I was actually planning to return the car during my 5 day recession period. They called me back and said they could make it a certified pre-owned vehicle which would entitle me to Honda financing which ended up with a 2.9% interest rate which I was very happy about. Service after the sale was disappointing. When I traded in the vehicle - I kept getting the run around on getting the refund for my gap insurance and my extended warantee. After several un-returned phone calls - it took me driving out to their lot before anyone would give me the forms that I needed.
