Ahab Bowen Rocks!. Ahab Bowen is by far the best vintage store in Dallas -- if not in the whole state of Texas! The quality of clothes is outstanding. It's the only place that I've been able to find inexpensive, 1960s Dallas-chic. It's common to find many Jackie O-type, Neiman Marcus tagged treasures. I've been shopping there since 1994 when I was in high school. To this day, I still wear many of my Ahab Bowen finds. They have timeless clothes. And the ambiance in the store's little house makes shopping very delightful! Ahab Bowen is a must for vintage lovers!

Shh...don't tell anyone. I bought a few shirts here for like 10 bucks apiece back when I was living in Dallas, and I STILL get compliments on them. Crazy. The shop is small, and you have to dig around a bit, but it's in a neat old house so there's a bit of charm to the place. Check it out. Or, scratch that--don't!
